pyfesom

Collection of tools for basic handling of FESOM ocean model output. Consist of python library and set of tools with command line interface. There are currently two separate versions, for FESOM1.4 and FESOM2.

• pyfesom2 - tools for FESOM2. Developed on Github, with documentation available here.

• pyfesom - tools for FESOM1.4. Not developed anymore. Code is available at GitHub. Documentation.
